Comprised of officers, one representative from each
active and support chapter,
three at-large delegates, and
the immediate past president

MEMBERS
CHAPTERS STAFF
SOCM members who may or may not live in the geographical boundaries of an active or support chapter.
May serve on any committee; vote at annual meeting; contact any part of SOCM directly.
Have minimum of 30 current members;  make decisions on local issues;  make requests and recommendations to the board; support SOCM-wide work; elect one representative & one alternate each to the board. Implements board decisions;
assists chapters and committees;
accountable to the board;
makes suggestions to the board.
