Public School Strong Dickson County, a nonpartisan initiative of the Statewide Organization for Community Empowerment (SOCM), has been working to help Dickson County Schools become eligible for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), a federal school nutrition initiative that functions as an option within the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs.
